As the name would suggest, 1001 Nights restaurant serves up a top range of middle eastern food. Some dishes are more successful that others. The falafels were a disaster but all of the kebabs were excellent. They serve a kebab selection for larger groups that are all stabbed into a stand and end up looking like some kind of weird rack of weapons?!

Even more fun than the food is the belly dancing! Absolutely hysterical. Every 40 minutes or so, the DJ comes out, turns up the music to blaring decibel levels, drowning out all conversation and out comes the belly dancer to go through a routine on stage and then dance through the restaurant. Some of the dancers were more accomplished than other but the whole thing was brilliant fun.
