Another ’secret bar’ in the same vein as Milk & Honey, with no sign and a door to buzz on to gain entry to the dark interior. APT (short for ‘Apartment’) is hidden inside a old warehouse in the Meatpacking District in NY, just up the street from Spice Market. We were quickly seated at a little table upstairs which had 2 chairs and a bed with a velvet cover! Very luxurious! The atmoshere is great, with music at a perfect volume so you can hear yourself speak and cocktails that will knock your socks off. One caipirinha down and our mate, Tim, was struggling to sit upright! Oh yes, and for the Brits out there, they serve Pimms!
